Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited issued 14,76,000 units of IPO shares to the general public from 2081 Falgun 27 to Chaitra 3.
The company had received permission to issue 18,00,000 units of IPO shares at a par value of Rs 100 per share, equivalent to 30 percent of its issued capital of Rs 60 crore. Of these, 10 percent of the ordinary shares were distributed to Nepalese citizens working abroad, 3 percent to company employees, and 5 percent to mutual funds, with the remaining 14,76,000 units of ordinary shares being issued to the general public.
According to CDSC, a total of 20,56,576 people applied for this company’s IPO. Of which, 18,48,298 applications have been approved, while the remaining applications have been canceled. Out of which, a total of 147,600 people will be able to get the IPO of this company at the rate of 10 shares.

Once the company’s shares are listed on the secondary market, the company’s first trade will be between a minimum of Rs 90.19 and a maximum of Rs 270.57.
