Today Friday, Chaitra 1 2081, Swarojgar Laghubitta Bitiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) share result has been published. The FPO was allotted at the office of NMB Capital, the share issuance and sales manager of the microfinance.
SLBBL had issued 195,773 shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share from Falgun 18 to 21. A total of 17,80,457 people had applied for 2,17,15,750 shares. Out of which 2,664 applications were cancelled while the remaining 17,77,795 applications were approved, according to Capital.

Due to the oversubscription, the SLBBL FPO has been allotted through a lottery process. As per the lottery process, 19,577 applicants have received 10 shares of the microfinance company. Out of these, 3 lucky applicants have received an additional share of SLBBL, i.e. a total of 11 shares.
